Dottore academy – we educate cosmetic experts

Emotions have not yet subsided after the stationary training, which took place on October 22 in Cracow. We visited the capital of Malopolska to spend time filled with knowledge and discussions among cosmetologists, beauticians and beauty salon owners. Thus, we officially began the implementation of a major project, on which we have been working intensively for a long time. The dottore academy has been started!

What is dottore academy?

The dottore academy is a training program for specialists in facial skin care. We educate current and future cosmetic experts who want to join the “Medicine for beauty” mission.

The first meetings of the dottore academy are BASIC trainings – an introduction to the dottore cosmeceutici brand. MASTER trainings will also be offered. They will be aimed at, among others, expanding cosmetic competence as well as learning about new treatment procedures and combination therapies.

Trainees at the dottore academy:

• receive a large dose of factual and practical knowledge about products, active ingredients, technologies, marketing and commercial opportunities;
• learn about dottore’s specialized, targeted treatments and the brand’s bestsellers;
• expand their competence in professional facial care;
• learn how to incorporate dottore treatments into the salon’s range of cosmetic services;
• gain answers to their questions;
• meet with cosmetic experts from all over Poland;
• gain the opportunity to exchange experiences with brand ambassadors;
• receive a dottore academy certificate and the opportunity to participate in future training courses;
• spend inspiring time with passionate people;
• receive a full-priced gift fom the dottore cosmeceutici brand.

First stationary training at dottore academy

The training in Krakow on October 22 was very well attended, so we organized as many as two rounds. Each of them was filled with substantive and practical tips on dottore products. The opportunity for direct consultations with experts and the intimate atmosphere were conducive to the exchange of experiences and the establishment of relationships.

The meeting was opened by Krzysztof Padowski – an advisor to professional clients from the southern regions of Poland.

The main part of the training was conducted by Paulina Hanszke – cosmetologist, trainer, lecturer. Paulina discussed in detail the entire dottore offer. She highlighted the valuable active ingredients that distinguish the brand on the cosmetic market. Participants of the training had the opportunity to see a live demonstration of selected treatments, carried out on models. This allowed them to consolidate the treatment procedures step by step and see the first skin care effects. The practical nature of the training allowed participants to learn and understand even better the innovative solutions offered by dottore.

The training also featured a unique presentation by Ms. Ewa Mateja, who has been working with dottore for 10 years. Ms. Ewa shared practical tips on how to effectively build customer loyalty to a beauty salon.

Aleksandra Ostrowska-Wolska – managing director of Dottore Polska – also gave valuable advice to the participants. Aleksandra presented the benefits and opportunities rising from the cooperation of a beauty salon with the dottore brand.

Dottore academy – not only for beauty salons

Dottore’s permanent offer includes training courses for professionals conducted in beauty salons throughout Poland. The dottore academy, on the other hand, is a completely new proposal – primarily in the form of stationary trainings for a more numerous audience.

The following can participate in the training organized within the dottore academy:

• cosmetologists;
• beauticians;
• owners of beauty salons, aesthetic medicine clinics and spas;
• beauty professionals who have not yet worked with the dottore brand (BASIC level);
• beauty professionals who want to expand their competence in professional facial care (MASTER level – coming soon).
